This Shipping, Returns, and Claims Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all orders made by you (the “Buyer”) from AlkaHerbs, LLC through our online store at https://alkaherbs.com (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, including any updates. AlkaHerbs does not accept conflicting terms unless agreed to in writing and reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
All processes, from packaging to packing, are monitored via CCTV to ensure quality and efficiency. Footage is not shared with customers.
We ship all domestic orders using USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $12.55.
Priority Mail typically takes 2 to 3 business days after shipping for domestic delivery.
If an order cannot fit within our standard Priority Mail packaging, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping method and the shipping cost as necessary to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Orders totaling $50.00 or more will require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
For international shipping, we exclusively use DHL for reliable and timely delivery.
We offer a flat shipping rate of $12.55 for all domestic orders, regardless of weight or destination.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. You can click the button labeled “Track Order.”
You may use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.
We ship internationally to select countries.
Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.
If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, you are required to file a police report within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery confirmation.
A copy of the police report must be provided to AlkaHerbs as part of the resolution process.
AlkaHerbs will file a claim with the shipping company and request geo-tracking information to verify the exact delivery location before reshipment or refund.
This information can also be submitted to banks as proof of delivery.
Claims may take up to 15 days to resolve.
For security and accurate delivery, orders $50.00 and above are subject to signature upon delivery.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the package if required.
Failure to collect or sign for a package that is returned to AlkaHerbs may result in additional shipping fees or cancellation of the order without a refund for shipping costs.
If the Buyer has an account with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers and modifies the signature requirements, AlkaHerbs will not be liable for any lost or missing orders once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer unless AlkaHerbs made an error in order fulfillment.
It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt, including those shipped to a third party.
Any claims for foreign objects, incorrect or damaged orders must be reported to AlkaHerbs within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact AlkaHerbs Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery and include your full name, order number, contact information, description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label.
At AlkaHerbs, all orders are prepared, packed, and shipped by real people — not automated machines. While we work carefully to ensure every order is accurate, occasional human errors may occur. To help maintain quality control and ensure fair resolution of any claims, all stages of the order fulfillment process are monitored and recorded under CCTV surveillance.

If a customer reports an issue such as a missing item, incorrect item, damaged product, partially filled container, packaging concern, or other fulfillment-related claim, AlkaHerbs reserves the right to review the recorded footage associated with that specific order as part of the investigation process.
Our CCTV system allows us to verify:

The quantity and contents of an order
Packaging procedures
Shipping label accuracy
Any visible fulfillment or packaging errors
If, after review, we confirm that an error was made by a member of our team, AlkaHerbs will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, reshipment, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.
These procedures are in place to protect both our customers and our business, while also helping us improve training, maintain accountability, and ensure consistent quality standards across all orders.
By placing an order with AlkaHerbs, you acknowledge and agree that CCTV footage may be used internally for order verification, claim investigations, shipping disputes, carrier claims, fraud prevention, and quality assurance purposes.
