Shipping, Returns and Claims

AlkaHerbs.com is committed to providing the highest potency of herbs and products possible. In order to retain the freshness of our herbs, AlkaHerbs.com does not accept returns of opened items. All returns must be within 30 days of placing order. We do not provide return labels. You will have to provide your own return label.
 
All orders are recorded while packaged to ensure order fulfillment.
 
If AlkaHerbs.com has sent you an incorrect item, you may keep it and we will then send you the correct item and pay for the cost of shipping the correct item to you. All other shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer. In our continued commitment to offer the highest quality items, we are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and/or store credits of any kind.
 Shipping Policies:

This Shipping. Returns and Claims Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all orders made by you (the “Buyer”) from  AlkaHerbs, LLC  through our online store at https://alkaherbs.com/ (the “Store”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, including any updates. AlkaHerbs does not accept conflicting terms unless agreed to in writing and reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

 Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • All processes, from packaging to packing, are monitored via CCTV to ensure quality and efficiency. Footage is not shared with customers.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3 – 15 business days for domestic orders. 

  • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Delivery times 3 – 4 days.

  • Shipping carriers include USPS, UPS, DHL and the delivery method will be selected during checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package, delivery method, and destination.

  • For Domestic orders we have a flat rate strating at $10.55. 

 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email for the tracking information and you can click the button that says “Track Order” 

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package.

 International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

Shipping Issues

 Marked Delivered But Never Received the Order

  • If an order is marked as delivered but has not been received, you are required to file a police report within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery confirmation. A copy of the police report must be provided to AlkaHerbs as part of the resolution process.

  • AlkaHerbs will file a claim with the shipping company and request geo tracking information to verify the exact location the order was delivered to before reshipment or refund. This information can be sent to banks as proof of delivery.

  • Claims may take up to 15 days.

Damaged Orders If your order is damaged in transit:

  • Contact AlkaHerbs Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery at [insert contact information: First and Last name, Order #, email/phone number].

  • Provide photos of the damaged items, packaging, and shipping label as proof.

  • AlkaHerbs will assess the claim and may offer one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement of the damaged item(s), subject to availability.

    • A refund for the damaged item(s) if replacements are unavailable.

Signature Requirements for Shipping and Delivery

For security and accurate delivery, orders $50.00 and above are subject to signature upon delivery. 

Important Notes:

  • It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the package if required.

  • Failure to collect or sign for a package that is returned to AlkaHerbs may result in additional shipping fees or cancellation of the order without a refund for the shipping costs.

Signature Requirements and Liability If the Buyer has an account with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers and modifies the signature requirements to allow delivery without a signature, AlkaHerbs will not be liable for any lost or missing orders once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products mixed with other substances

  • Altered or tampered products

  • Products used for illegal purposes or combined with illegal substances

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer unless AlkaHerbs made an error in order fulfillment.

Inspection of Goods It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt, including those shipped to a third party. Any claims for incorrect or damaged orders must be reported to AlkaHerbs within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the order.
