Kinkeliba is a traditional West African herbal tea made from the seeds of Cassia occidentalis. It has been traditionally used to support the body during conditions such as malaria, liver conditions, constipation, rheumatism, asthma, hives (urticaria), high blood pressure, blood pressure imbalance, blood sugar regulation, painful menstruation, early menopause, low libido (aphrodisiac use), and low sperm count (oligospermia).
