I started eating seaweed including Dulse in the 80’s when I was learning about the macrobiotic diet. Dulse is the one seaweed that you can eat raw. I like the taste and it’s helpful in that it contains Iodine.
Some people say sea vegetable instead of seaweed since it is like eating vegetables.
